Affiliate Program Terms

2. Referral Tracking

Affonso provides referral attribution and commission tracking, while Paddle processes eligible SendToDrive purchases. A referral is potentially eligible only when the customer follows your valid referral link and the referral and purchase are successfully recorded by our systems.

The current referral attribution window is 30 days. Tracking can be affected by cookie consent, browser or device settings, content blockers, deleted cookies, cross-device use, incorrect links, or other technical conditions. We cannot credit a referral that cannot reasonably be verified in Affonso, Paddle, or our own records.

Affiliate tracking requires the customer's cookie consent. If consent is rejected or is not granted in time for the referral to be recorded and bound to the new account, the referral is not eligible for commission. Granting consent later does not guarantee retroactive attribution or commission.

Commission is limited to new SendToDrive customers. A qualifying customer must follow a valid referral link before creating their first SendToDrive account, and that referral must be successfully bound to the new account during registration. A person or organization with a pre-existing SendToDrive account is not a new customer, even if the account is free, inactive, expired, canceled, reactivated, or upgraded after following a referral link.

Referral attribution cannot be added to or replaced on an existing account. Our account creation and attribution records control if an Affiliate claims an existing customer, if multiple Affiliates claim the same customer, or if attribution data conflicts. Once a valid new customer is attributed, qualifying payments and renewals may earn commission for the period described below.

3. Eligible Plans and Commission

The standard Program incentive is a 20% commission on qualifying payments for the following plans:

• Personal Premium Monthly;
• Personal Premium Annual; and
• Business Monthly base plan.

Business extra seats, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits, non-qualifying products, and any other excluded items do not earn commission. Percentage commissions are calculated from the eligible sale amount recorded by Paddle and Affonso after applicable discounts or adjustments.

Commission eligibility lasts for 12 months from the customer's first qualifying purchase. Monthly renewals made during that period may earn commission. An annual renewal made on or after the end of the 12-month period is not eligible. The incentive displayed in the affiliate portal and applicable to a transaction controls if it differs from this standard incentive.

4. Approval and Payouts

New commissions remain pending for 30 days before they are eligible for approval. This hold period allows us to account for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fraud, attribution errors, and other adjustments.

Eligible payouts are reviewed monthly. Affonso generates payout records based on the Program's payment settings. Unless managed payouts are enabled, SendToDrive sends the funds separately through a supported payout provider. An Affiliate must have at least USD $50 in approved, unpaid commission before a payout is generated. Smaller balances roll forward until the threshold is reached. Processing time may depend on the selected payout provider and complete payout information.

You are responsible for maintaining a supported payout method and for any fees charged by your bank or payout provider. We may hold a payout while identity, tax, payout, referral, or compliance information is incomplete or under reasonable review.

5. Refunds, Reversals, and Adjustments

A commission may be reduced, declined, or reversed if the related payment is refunded, partially refunded, charged back, reversed, canceled before settlement, fraudulent, duplicated, unpaid, or otherwise ineligible. If an adjustment occurs after payout, we may offset it against future commission or, in cases of fraud or material error, request repayment where permitted by law.

We may correct tracking, calculation, currency conversion, or payout errors. We will not knowingly withhold a valid commission without a reasonable basis under these Affiliate Terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• use your own referral link for your purchase or arrange a purchase primarily for your own benefit ("self-referral");
• create fake, duplicate, or misleading accounts or manipulate email addresses, payout methods, devices, locations, clicks, referrals, conversions, or other Program data;
• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, automated direct messages, or communications that violate anti-spam rules or platform policies;
• make false, misleading, unsubstantiated, or outdated claims about SendToDrive, including claims about features, pricing, security, privacy, compliance, discounts, or guaranteed results;
• impersonate SendToDrive or suggest that you are an employee, agent, official support representative, or exclusive partner;
• bid on or purchase advertising keywords containing "SendToDrive", confusingly similar variations, or misspellings without our prior written approval;
• run paid search, social, display, retargeting, or other paid advertising for the Program without our prior written approval;
• register or use domains, subdomains, applications, business names, or social media accounts that contain or imitate SendToDrive branding;
• use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden frames, misleading redirects, adware, malware, browser extensions, pop-ups, or other methods that set or overwrite attribution without a genuine user action;
• distribute referral links through coupon, cashback, sub-affiliate, or incentive networks without our prior written approval; or
• promote SendToDrive through unlawful, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise harmful content.

7. Affiliate Disclosures and Marketing Compliance

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you promote SendToDrive, using language that an ordinary viewer can understand, such as "I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link." The disclosure must be close to the referral link or endorsement and must not be hidden behind vague language.

You are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, endorsement, consumer protection, privacy, email, and platform rules in every location and channel where you promote SendToDrive.

8. SendToDrive Brand and Materials

While you remain in good standing, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use current Program materials and SendToDrive brand assets only to promote SendToDrive under these Affiliate Terms.

You may not alter our logo, create confusingly similar branding, claim ownership of our materials, sublicense them, or use them in a way that harms our reputation. You must stop using our brand and Program materials when participation ends or when we request it.

9. Privacy and Third-Party Services

Our Privacy Policy explains how SendToDrive processes information related to affiliate links, referrals, purchases, and commissions. Affonso and Paddle also process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

You must not collect, disclose, sell, or otherwise misuse customer personal information through the Program. You are responsible for any privacy notice or consent required for your own website, audience, mailing list, analytics, or marketing tools.

10. Independent Relationship and Taxes

You participate as an independent contractor. These Affiliate Terms do not create an employment, agency, franchise, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or exclusive relationship. You have no authority to bind SendToDrive or make commitments on our behalf.

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes, duties, insurance, licenses, and other obligations arising from your commission or promotional activities. We may request tax documentation or make required withholdings.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may leave the Program at any time. We may suspend tracking, hold a payout, reject a referral, decline a commission, or terminate participation if we reasonably believe these Affiliate Terms have been violated or the activity creates fraud, legal, security, operational, or reputational risk.

Following ordinary termination, valid approved commission remains eligible for payment subject to the payout threshold and these Affiliate Terms. Commission connected to fraud, self-referral, manipulation, material breach, or other prohibited conduct may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

12. Program Changes

We may change commission rates, eligible products, attribution rules, payout conditions, or other Program features, or discontinue the Program. We will take reasonable steps to notify Affiliates of material changes through the affiliate portal, email, or this page. Changes apply prospectively unless necessary to correct an error, prevent fraud, comply with law, or address abuse. Valid commission already approved will not be reduced solely because of a later Program change.

13. No Earnings Guarantee

We do not guarantee traffic, referrals, conversions, commission, income, uninterrupted tracking, or continued availability of the Program. Your results depend on customer behavior, compliant promotion, technical attribution, and other factors outside our control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendToDrive and Craterix Software LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from the Program.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Program or these Affiliate Terms will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount of approved commission paid or payable to you during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SendToDrive, Craterix Software LLC, and our owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your promotional activity, content, violation of these Affiliate Terms, violation of law, or violation of a third-party right.

16. Governing Law

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Program or these Affiliate Terms, except where applicable law requires a different forum.

17. Miscellaneous

These Affiliate Terms, the Privacy Policy, the incentive and payout terms displayed in the affiliate portal, and any written Program rules we provide form the agreement regarding the Program. If you also use SendToDrive as a customer, the general Terms of Service apply separately to that use.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign participation or these Affiliate Terms without our written consent.
