This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued for SendToDrive ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing or subscribing to our service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  • 14-Day Refund Window
    • We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days.

    • All refunds requested within this period are processed in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms, as Paddle is our authorized payment processor.

  • Refunds After 14 Days
    • After the 14-day refund period has expired, refunds are generally not provided.

    • Exceptions may be made in cases of duplicate charges or billing errors. If you believe an error has occurred, please contact us and we will review your request.

  • Cancellation Policy
    • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

    • After cancellation, your current plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Once the plan expires, it will no longer be active and you will not be charged again.

    • Canceling a subscription does not automatically result in a refund, except when eligible under the 14-day refund window.
