Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for paid SendToDrive plans and purchases. SendToDrive is operated by Craterix Software LLC ("SendToDrive", "we", "us", or "our").
By purchasing a paid plan or subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy, our Terms of Service, and any payment terms presented at checkout. Paid plans may be processed by Paddle, our authorized payment provider and merchant of record.
1. 14-Day Refund Window
We offer a 14-day refund window for your initial paid purchase of a SendToDrive subscription. If you are not satisfied with the Services, you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of your first purchase.
Approved refunds within this period are generally issued to the original payment method and processed according to Paddle's buyer terms, payment network rules, banking timelines, and applicable law.
2. Refunds After 14 Days
After the 14-day refund window ends, payments are generally non-refundable. This includes subscription renewals, unused time in a billing period, partial months, plan downgrades, and features you chose not to use.
We may review refund requests after 14 days at our discretion where required by law or in limited situations such as duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, or other payment issues we determine are appropriate to correct.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account billing flow, Paddle checkout or customer portal where available, or by contacting support.
Cancellation prevents future renewals. Unless you are eligible for a refund under this Policy or applicable law, your paid plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period and fees already paid will not be automatically refunded.
4. Plan Changes and Downgrades
If you change, downgrade, or stop using a paid plan, we do not automatically provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time unless required by law or expressly stated at the time of the change.
If a plan change creates a billing issue, contact us and we will review the transaction.
5. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for information needed to locate and verify the transaction, such as the account email, Paddle receipt, charge date, amount, and last four digits of the payment method where appropriate.
Confirmed billing errors or duplicate charges will be corrected through Paddle or the applicable payment provider.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Unless required by law, refunds are generally not available for:
- renewal charges after the 14-day refund window;
- failure to cancel before a renewal date;
- unused subscription time, partial billing periods, or reduced usage;
- temporary service interruptions or third-party outages;
- loss of access caused by Google account settings, permissions, or storage limits;
- account suspension or termination for violation of our Terms of Service.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at hello@sendtodrive.com with the email address associated with your SendToDrive account, your Paddle receipt or order details, and a brief description of the request.
We will review your request and may coordinate with Paddle to process the refund where eligible. Refund timing depends on Paddle, your payment method, your bank, and applicable payment network rules.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can review and resolve the issue. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, access to paid features may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed by Paddle, your bank, or the payment network.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as posting the updated policy on this page or sending notice to the email associated with your account. The updated policy applies to purchases made after the effective date unless otherwise required by law.
