Terms of Service

Welcome to SendToDrive, a file collection and Google Drive integration service operated by Craterix Software LLC ("SendToDrive", "we", "us", or "our").

SendToDrive allows users to generate upload links so third parties can upload files directly to the user’s connected Google Drive account (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Right to Use

Subject to these Terms, SendToDrive grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for lawful purposes only.

• Do not misuse or attempt to disrupt the Services
• Do not use the Services for illegal activities
• Do not attempt to access systems or data without authorization
• Do not create competing services using SendToDrive

3. Google Integration

SendToDrive integrates with Google services, including Google OAuth and Google Drive APIs. By connecting your Google account, you authorize SendToDrive to upload files to your Google Drive on your behalf.

You are responsible for complying with Google’s terms and policies. SendToDrive is not responsible for issues caused by Google services.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all files uploaded through SendToDrive. Files are uploaded directly to your Google Drive. SendToDrive does not store uploaded files and only stores limited file metadata.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that uploaded content is legal and that you have the right to collect and receive such files.

5. Payments

Some features may require payment. Pricing and billing terms are displayed on the SendToDrive website and may change over time.

6. Infrastructure

SendToDrive relies on third-party infrastructure providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google. We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by these providers.

7. Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendToDrive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
