Collect Photos from Wedding Guests
Give guests one QR code or link to send their photos and videos straight to your Google Drive. Capture the dance-floor clips, table selfies, and moments you missed.
Guests use their browser without installing an app or signing into Google. You connect your Google account to create the upload page; any access rules you set still apply.
Try one upload page for 24 hours. To keep collecting after the trial, choose a paid plan and keep your subscription active. Google Drive storage is separate.
From a QR code to your wedding folder
Share the same upload page at the venue and in your wedding messages. Here is what guests do:
1. Scan the QR code or open the link
The upload page opens in a browser. If the invitation is on the same phone, guests can tap the link instead of scanning.
2. Choose photos and videos
Guests select files from their device and fill in any required fields. A password, access code, or email restriction may apply if you enabled one.
3. Upload and wait for confirmation
Keep the page open and the connection stable until it confirms success. Selecting files alone does not send them; larger videos can take longer.
4. Find the files in your Google Drive
Successful uploads arrive in the destination folder you selected. Review the files there, then choose what to download or share with your guests.

Set up before the celebration
1. Connect Google Drive and choose a folder
Create your upload page and select its destination. Check that the connected Drive has enough available storage for guest photos and videos.
2. Prepare your wedding instructions
Give the page a recognisable title. Choose accepted file types and any size, count, or access limits, then confirm when the page will stop accepting uploads.
3. Share the link and download its QR code
Open the page’s sharing controls, copy the upload link, or download the QR image. Both lead to the same upload page.
4. Test as a guest before printing
Open the link in a signed-out browser on a phone, send a small test file, and check that it appears in your destination folder. Scan a printed sample on the phones you expect guests to use.

Put the QR code on table cards, a welcome sign, or a thank-you message. Keep a readable upload link beside it so guests have another way to open the page.

- Use the QR code downloaded from your own upload page. Check that the decoded address matches the link you intend to share before printing.
- Keep the QR code clear, with contrast and space around it. Test the printed size and placement in the venue’s lighting.
- Check the venue’s internet connection. Guests can use the same link later while your page remains active and has storage available.

Guests can upload without browsing your folder
The upload link does not grant guests access to browse, edit, or delete existing Drive files. Any Google Drive permissions you have separately granted still apply.
Choose how widely to share the link
Anyone with an unrestricted link can use it while the page is active. Configure access controls when needed and ask guests to send only photos they have permission to share.
Keep the files your guests select
SendToDrive uploads the selected files without compressing their images. An edited or compressed copy chosen on the device stays that copy; the service cannot restore quality already lost.
Plan for videos and collection time
Uploads use your connected Google Drive’s storage and are subject to Google’s limits and your page rules. Keep enough space and an active page for guests who send their memories after the wedding.
